Professional Biography

Mary D’Arcy, BBA, MEd., CPHR, ACC

Mary D’Arcy takes pride in working with integrity and has a passion for building trust and developing the strengths in others. Mary holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick, and a Queen’s University Advanced Certificate in Human Resources.

As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Mary also holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci and has completed organizational development course work from NTL Institute.

Mary pursued her coach training in 2002 through Career Coach Institute and in 2005 became accredited with the International Coach Federation. Mary has continued coach development through the International Coach Federation, Coaching Out of the Box and Goal Imagery Institute. In 2018, Mary reached the milestone of Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She uses the following assessments; Pathfinder Career System, Strengths Finder, ReCareer and The Print to enhance individual’s self-awareness to define their authentic purpose.

Mary has worked in many dynamic organizations within the private and public sectors across Canada.

Mary resides in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
